While we’re confident in the quality and beauty of our thoughtfully sourced and designed products, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed. No matter the situation, our team is committed to finding the best resolution. For additional assistance or clarification, please reach out to us at info@scarlettjameshomedecor.com, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible. If item is made to order it is not returnable and will state so on the product description. Other items may incur a 25% restocking fee. 

Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund (do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The products that cannot be returned are:

• Special Items
• "Non-Returnable" items (if applicable)
