Orders placed with Scarlett James Home Decor Inc. are submitted to the manufacturer on your behalf. At this point, Scarlett James Home Decor Inc. is financially obligated to purchase the items from the manufacturer. Thus, we are only able to aCelt order cancellations within 24 hours from the time the order was placed depending on the product ordered.
All orders are attempted be processed by Scarlett James Home Decor Inc. within 72 hours of receipt of payment for items that are in stock.
Many of our curated upholstered pieces, artwork, rugs, and mirrors are made-to-order. Because these custom pieces are not warehoused, lead times can range. Email info@scarlettjameshomedecor.com for questions regarding your orders status, or to inquire on-lead times for a specific item.
